At Nirvista Club, our goal is to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently.

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver products across India.


1. Delivery Coverage


We currently deliver to most pin codes across India through trusted courier partners.

If your location is not serviceable, our team will inform you and assist with order modification or refund.


2. Processing Time


Orders are typically processed within:


  1. 24–48 hours for regular products
  2. 1–3 business days during sales, festivals, or high-volume periods


Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


3. Shipping Time


Estimated delivery timeline after dispatch:


  1. Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  2. Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
  3. Remote / Rural Areas: 5–10 business days


Please note: Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges


Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.


  1. Some orders may qualify for Free Shipping, depending on ongoing offers, product type, or cart value.
  2. Bulk or heavy items may carry additional shipping charges.


5. Order Tracking


Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  1. A tracking ID
  2. Courier partner details
  3. Link to track your shipment


Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.


6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries


Delivery may be delayed due to:


  1. Incorrect shipping address
  2. Unreachable contact number
  3. Courier partner delays
  4. High traffic or remote locations
  5. Natural disruptions (weather, floods, etc.)


If your order cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. Our support team will contact you for a resolution.


7. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items


If you receive:


  1. A damaged product
  2. A missing item
  3. The wrong product


Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nirvista.in


, along with:


  1. Order ID
  2. Photos or videos of the package and item(s)


We will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.


8. Change of Shipping Address


If you need to update your shipping address before dispatch, contact us immediately.


We may not be able to modify address details after the order has been shipped.


9. International Shipping


Currently, Nirvista Club ships only within India.


International shipping will be added in future phases of the Nirvista ecosystem.
